Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You have 21 days from delivery to return or exchange anything bought at full price. Return shipping is a flat $7, deducted from your refund or charged for your exchange label.
What condition does my return need to be in?
Unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and the hygienic liner attached. Please try suits on over underwear.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email send@postcardsperfect.com with your order number, and we'll send your label.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving.
Can I return sale items?
No. Sale items and items marked Final Sale can't be returned or exchanged. If one arrives damaged or defective, email us within 21 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Return shipping is free, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Our suits run from XS to XL. Every product page links to our size guide with bust, waist, and hip measurements.
What if I'm between sizes?
Email send@postcardsperfect.com with your measurements and the style you're looking at, and we'll help you choose. If it still isn't right, you can exchange it within 21 days.
Preorders
How do preorders work?
You pay at checkout, and we ship your suit as soon as it's produced. We'll email you with updates on timing.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Yes, anytime before it ships, for a full refund. Email send@postcardsperfect.com with your order number.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum. Express shipping is available at checkout for $35.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday begin processing that day. Weekend orders begin processing the next business day. You'll get a USPS or FedEx tracking number by email when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Are there places you don't ship?
We can't ship to P.O. boxes or to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Fabric & Production
Where are your suits made?
Designed in Florida and cut and sewn in California. Our fabric is knit, dyed, and finished at a mill in Southern California.
What are they made of?
Virgin nylon and Lycra®, knit in continuous filament form for stretch, recovery, and a smooth, low-sheen finish.
Care
How do I care for my suit?
Rinse after each wear. Machine wash cold on gentle or hand wash. Lay flat or hang to dry.
